For more than 20 years, Brian has been representing clients in all three Delaware counties in residential and commercial real estate settlements, as well as helping clients with Will Preparation and Estate Administration.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Delaware and a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law. He has taught numerous seminars to fellow attorneys on real estate and title matters in addition to working as an instructor in civil procedure in the University of Delaware’s continuing education department. Brian is involved with several community organizations and sits on the Board of Directors of MOT Charter School in Middletown, Delaware. |

As the Managing Attorney for Strata Law’s Maryland office, Peter is responsible for the growth and day-to-day operations of the firm. In addition, Peter is also the CEO of Real Estate Title and Escrow, LLC, a full service residential and commercial title firm.
Peter provides legal counsel to clients in matters involving real estate. His practice includes the drafting and reviewing of residential and commercial contracts of sale and lease, along with serving as a qualified intermediary for purposes of 1031 tax-free exchanges. Additionally, he advises clients regarding the selection and formation of entities, such as partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, which own and operate real estate and other businesses.
Peter is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Comprehensive Housing Assistance Inc. (CHAI), an agency of the Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. He is a past Chairman of CHAI’s Homeownership and Loan Committee and currently chairs its Community Development Committee. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University and graduated with honor from The University of Maryland School of Law. Peter is a member of the Maryland and Virginia Bar Associations. |
