Estate Administration (Probate)
Our attorneys have significant experience in the administration of a decedent’s estate, whether that person died with a Will ("testate") or without a Will ("intestate").
Following death, the process that must be followed in order to properly pass the decedent’s assets to his or her beneficiaries is commonly referred to as "Probate." The Probate process may be simple or complex, depending on the size of the estate and whether or not the decedent owned real estate. We can help our clients follow the rules and file the required paperwork at the proper times. |
