Estate Administration (Probate)
Our attorneys have significant experience in the administration of a decedent’s estate, whether that person died with a Will ("testate") or without a Will ("intestate").
Following death, the process that must be followed in order to properly pass the decedent’s assets to his or her beneficiaries is commonly referred to as "Probate."
